RV & TRAILERS

RV and trailer camping in Palo Duro Canyon offers a comfortable way to experience the canyon while keeping the conveniences of home close at hand. Designated RV sites provide easy access for larger vehicles, with some sites accommodating RVs up to 60 feet and offering amenities including 20 and 30 amp hookups. Surrounded by scenic views and close to the park’s trails and overlooks, it’s an easy way to relax and enjoy the canyon’s remarkable landscape.

CABINS

The historic Cow Camp Cabins at Palo Duro Canyon offer a unique way to stay within the canyon while experiencing a piece of its past. Built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1933, these seven cabins are tucked into scenic locations throughout the park, with three perched along the canyon rim and four nestled on the canyon floor. While they retain their original rustic charm, the cabins now feature modern heating and cooling and are available for overnight stays by advance reservation.
