Join park staff and interns from the Center for the Study of the American West (CSAW) for this moderate 1.5 mile hike.  Learn about the Civilian Conservation Corps who built Palo Duro Canyon State Park as well as the interesting research the interns have conducted recently. Percolation Pipe Tour

June 22 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Join Ranger Lindsay to learn how the Canyon displaces water! This ½ mile hike is moderate at the entrance of the cave. We will take a journey back in time and discover the unique geology of Palo Duro. Attendants MUST have water, at least half a gallon, sturdy hiking shoes, and sunscreen.
