invite you to
Palo Duro Canyon State Park

Texas Archeological Society and Texas Parks and Wildlife are partnering to host a FREE Public Archeology Fair for all ages.

Join us for fun and educational exhibits and activities for adults and children.Members of the public are invited to bring artifacts for identification by professional archeologist at the Artifact ID tables.

Activities and displays will include:
Cord making, Corn grinding, Fire Starting, Panhandle Artifacts, Atlatl, Pinch Pots, Flint knapping, CCC history, Artifact ID, Painted Pebbles, Antique Woodworking, Ceramic reconstruction, Artifact sorting, Animal bones and skulls, My Comancheria, Comanche Artists.
